Attention Brethren of District 7!

You are cordially invited to participate in the First Annual District 7 Masonic Trivia Night & Brewing Contest on Thursday, April 11th from 6-9pm at the Wisconsin Masonic Center.

What is the Trivia Contest?

Join Brethren from District 7, as well as surrounding Districts, for our inaugural Masonic Trivia Contest...it's looking to be the biggest event of the Masonic year!

You'll enjoy food, fellowship, libations, and a chance to test your Masonic knowledge - all to raise money for the Grand Master's philanthropy of choice this year - the Children's Dyslexia Center.

Brethren will compete together in 6-man teams to claim the title of Masonic Trivia Champions! The cost is $20 per person and includes pizza, soda, and water. For those who enjoy beer, you'll have the opportunity to sample the handiwork of your homebrewing Brethren and cast your vote for your favorite beers!

The winning team in the Masonic Trivia Contest will merit not only the esteem of their Brethren as well as bragging rights...each member of the team will also receive a medal to commemorate their victory!

What is the Brewing Contest?

We know that there's plenty of Brethren out there who enjoy homebrewing! Here's a chance to show off your passion for brewing and help to raise money for a great cause!

Bring the equivalent of a case (2.25 gallons) of beer in an iced cooler and attendees will have the opportunity to sample the beers throughout the evening and vote for their favorites. We'll award first, second, and third place medals based on votes cast by the Brethren.

How do I register?

If you wish to participate, please email Ryan Mayrand, the District Deputy, at dd7@wimasons.org no later than Monday, April 8th with your first name, last name, and Lodge name - and let me know if you're registering for trivia, brewing, or both. I will provide Brethren with payment details when they contact me.

Q: What's the dress code for the evening?

A: This is a casual event, though Masonic attire is encouraged

Q: Who's invited to participate?

A: Any Master Mason in good standing

Q: What if our Lodge doesn't have enough members to field full 6-man teams?

A: Not to worry! We'll pair you up with another Lodge in a similar situation.

Q: What does my $20 entry go towards?

A: Other than covering the cost of the pizza and soda, all of the proceeds from the evening will go to the Children's Dyslexia Center.
